Our Assistant General Manager plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. You will be responsible for providing unparalleled service to our residents.

The Assistant General Manager works closely with the General Manager to deliver a memorable experience to our guests through the execution of flawless business practices. Within our unique brand of vacation rentals and apartment communities, you are responsible for the provision of accurate data and managing timely reporting requirements. You will need to be a strong communicator, with solid organization skills and adept at working within various software systems. Being a quick learner and a leader who understands how to deliver value and profitability to the Community is a strong focus. You should also expect to:

  • Develop an expertise in Streamline, our business and reservation management system
  • Be a critical reviewer of invoicing and process invoices in accordance with established procedures
  • Assist with the development of a team through healthy, supportive actions and leadership

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of one year prior hospitality experience preferred.
  • Be positive, enthusiastic and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assistant General Managers must have developed language skills to the point to be able to read and interpret documents in English, write routine reports, draft email correspondence and business letters.
  • Ability to speak effectively in English before groups such as customers or employees. Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
  • Assistant General Managers must have sufficient computer skills that will allow them to be able to use, in a proficient manner, all Company-issued software programs.
